2. Applicability 

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements concluded between the Seller and the Buyer via the Website. 

These Terms apply exclusively to consumer purchases.  
Separate terms may apply to business customers. 

3. Offer & Contract Formation 

All offers on the Website are non-binding and subject to availability. 

An agreement is concluded when:

4. Prices & Payment

Shipping costs and any additional charges will be clearly displayed before checkout.

The Seller delivers to countries within the European Union and may extend delivery to other regions. 

Delivery times are indicative only and do not constitute a strict deadline.

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the Product, without giving any reason.

Consumers have a right of withdrawal of 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed. Further details regarding return procedures are set out in the Return Policy.

Refunds will be processed within a reasonable period after receipt of the returned Product. The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the Product has been received or proof of return has been provided.

All intellectual property rights relating to the Website and the Products are owned by or licensed to the Seller. 

Trademarks, including but not limited to “Eloure” and related logos remain the property of their respective owners. 

The Buyer shall not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any intellectual property without prior written consent.
